Many of our students may end up doing jobs that don’t exist yet, with technologies that haven’t been invented, to solve problems we don’t even know are problems yet.’ So, how can we make sure our teenage students are ready for this ever-changing future?

In this webinar, I will argue that the best way to prepare them is by teaching them Life Skills (AKA Soft Skills or Transferable Skills) and Thinking Skills.

I also believe that it’s essential today to be developing Social and Emotional Intelligence, so that students have the tools and skills to be able to deal with new, unknown situations with confidence and positivity. The talk will be illustrated with practical examples from Gateway to the World.
